Returns Policy

We want to ensure that you get the best Ayurvedic products at your doorstep. In case you are not satisfied with our products you can return your order and get a full refund of paid price.

We provide 30 Day replacement policy on following product categories in case you get defective or damaged product

  • Ayurvedic Products
  • Medicines
  • Personal Care

We provide only 15 Day replacement policy on following product categories

  • Food

You need to call us on our customer services number +91 9624044866 or mail us at info@herbalbay.in within 30 days/15 days whichever applicable, from the date of order.


In return case, please understand that we can't bear a loss either; so return of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a sealed condition (with invoice & invoice of courier company) with the tags intact and in their original packaging. 

Customer has to return the products within 7 days from the date of receipt. Products should be sealed as it comes in original packing, and outer packing should not be damaged either.

In case of dispute the copy of Invoice and Proof of Delivery will be provided
